We also strongly believe that your dealings with us must result in an enjoyable and comfortable shopping experience. We therefore support and monitor your purchase with a range of special services not normally provided by online bridal stores, which are intended to ensure that the gown you have selected is the right one for you and fits you properly.
We also give you several opportunities to change your mind and select a gown that is different from your original choice.
And when you take delivery of your wedding dress, you will have the security of a full Money Back Guarantee in respect of the garment's quality.
Changing your Selection
During the time we are working with you on your gown you will have two opportunities to select a different gown.
1. The Calèche Couture Salon
When you register with Calèche Online, we create a version of this web site exclusively for you, your Caleche Couture Salon. Your Salon contains details and photos of your favourite gown which are not available on this site and is set up for you free of charge, as one of our special services. If you decide, after you have reviewed the additional information in the Salon, that the gown you selected is not the right one for you, you can request details of up to 3 other gowns in our Collection, and change your selection to one of these other gowns.
2. The Calecoline©
When you order a gown from Calèche Online, you don't just receive a parcel with your wedding dress (as with other online shops): first you receive a Calecoline©, a "toile" or mock-up of the gown you have ordered. If you should decide, when you have tried on the Calecoline©, that the gown does not suit you, you can select another gown from the Calèche Online Collection - the "Replacement Gown". We hope, of course, that this won't happen, but if it does it will become clear during the WebCam session and our consultant will discuss the alternatives with you.
You should confirm the details of the Replacement Gown by email within 24 hours of delivery of the Calecoline© and you must return the Calecoline© with any required alterations to the measurements as marked/pinned within 48 hours. Your Replacement Gown will be manufactured by Calèche based on the measurements and alterations marked on the Calecoline© of the original gown. (In other words, you will not receive a Calecoline© of the Replacement Gown as a matter of course, but if you should require a new Calecoline©, we will send you one if you are willing to pay for it).
The cost of returning the Calecoline© is included in the price of the gown. There is no additional cost to you.
Money Back Guarantee
Calèche Online gives you a full Money-Back-Guarantee on the quality of your gown and the quality of the materials used, and we absolutely guarantee that your gown will be manufactured as ordered. If there is anything wrong with the gown or the materials, or if the gown has not been made as ordered, you can return it to us and if in our best judgement we feel that we are unable to replace it, you will receive a full 100% refund of everything you have paid, except for the Initial Deposit of $ 250 (which covers the cost of the Web Camera and the handling and shipping charges).
The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to items which are damaged, altered or used (where "used" means "worn for any length of time above and beyond that required to try and adjust the item") or otherwise not in their original condition, including smelling of cigarette smoke and/or perfume.
Returning the Gown for a Refund
If you wish to return the gown for a refund, you must contact Calèche Online within 24 hours of delivery to advise us of this and you must return the gown within 48 hours of receipt. The gown must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the original delivery documents. You need to affix postage to the package, register and insure it for damage or loss, and send it to:

We guarantee that we will respect your privacy and provide you with the right to see and/or correct your personal information. We do not sell our mailing list, nor do we disclose private information to any other person or company. Occasionally we may contact you to obtain further information or to offer other products or services that we feel may interest you. Should you prefer not to be contacted in this way, you need to let us know and we will ensure that you won't receive any further messages.
